Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Warp Speed Fit

What is High Intensity Training?

High Intensity Training (HIT) uses machines that adjust resistance in real-time based on your strength. Every rep is optimized for maximum efficiency and results.

How long are the workouts?

Each session is exactly 20 minutes. We've optimized the entire experience to fit into your busy schedule without compromising results.

Do I need to change clothes?

No! That's one of our key features. Come straight from your desk in your regular clothes. The HIT machines work with any attire.

How often should I train?

We recommend 1-2 sessions per week. The high-intensity nature of High Intensity Training means you don't need to come daily to see results.

Who is Warp Speed Fit for?

Two groups. First, engineers, developers, and tech professionals who value efficiency and data-driven results. Second, anyone on a GLP-1 medication (like tirzepatide or semaglutide) who wants to hold onto muscle and bone while losing fat. If either sounds like you, we're for you.

I'm on a GLP-1. Can Warp Speed Fit help me keep my muscle?

That's exactly who we built the muscle-retention protocol for. Studies show a large share of the weight lost on GLP-1 medications can be lean mass—muscle and bone. A brief, hard strength stimulus signals your body to preserve it. Even one High Intensity Training session a week makes a difference; two 20-minute sessions is our full protocol. (This is a fitness service, not medical advice—talk to your doctor.)
