By accessing and using Warp Speed Fit services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Warp Speed Fit provides High Intensity Training (HIT) services, including:

• 20-minute high-intensity workout sessions
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Leaderboard and gamification features
• Slack integration (coming soon)

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to enter into these terms
• You have the authority to bind yourself to these terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

IMPORTANT: Before participating in any exercise program, you should consult with a healthcare provider. You acknowledge that:

• You are in good physical condition and able to participate in high-intensity exercise
• You have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
• You will follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Warp Speed Fit
• You participate at your own risk and release Warp Speed Fit from any liability for injuries

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use appropriate handles that do not violate others' rights or contain offensive content
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

By participating in our leaderboard, you understand that:

• Your handle and workout metrics may be displayed publicly
• Your personal information (email, internal IDs) will never be exposed
• You can change your handle at any time for anonymity
• Leaderboard rankings are calculated automatically and may be subject to verification

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or game the leaderboard system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Warp Speed Fit and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

If you purchase services from Warp Speed Fit:

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warp Speed Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Warp Speed Fit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
